A mobile-first marketplace shipped through a hybrid iOS path with rapid iteration and launch discipline. Built as a real product sprint, not a one-shot demo.
- The challenge
Ship a mobile-first marketplace quickly while still building a product that could hold real user behavior and growth.
- The approach
Continuous design-build loops: structure the data, refine the UX, test the interactions, then tighten the stack each sprint. Supabase for auth, data, and storage; Vercel for deployment; AI-assisted operator workflows for execution speed.
- The result
A working app with profile, feed, and listing flows, moved from concept to App Store in a compressed sprint cycle. Now in live user testing at Pokémon card trading events to find the next set of features.
