Code ofConduct
Branding, store design, and retail layout for Code of Conduct, a Chicago tattoo studio with more than 15 years in the city.

- The brand
Code of Conduct has been part of Chicago for more than fifteen years. The work was to give a shop with that much history a mark and a system that felt as sharp as the tattooing: the lock and crossed keys, the type, and the way it all sits on a wall, a window, and a sleeve.
- The space
Branding carried into the room itself. Store design and retail layout for the studio: the stations, the flash walls, the lounge, and the neon in the window, so the identity is something you walk into rather than just see.
The studio and the mark

Nights at the shop
Over the years the studio has been a stop for a lot more than appointments. Collaborations with Lollapalooza brought artists and celebrity guests through the doors, and when Obey Giant came to paint the outside wall, we filmed it.
