RampReapers

$RAMP is a multi-chain token from the guy with a mega ramp behind his house: live sessions, giveaways, IRL access. The Reapers gave it a world. A collection of 3,000 horned Reapers that would not sit still, told in chapters, each one changing the art in holders' wallets without anyone minting anything new.

Every Reaper, every robe, every wing was designed for the collection. Bloodlines hide twins under identical surfaces. The Invasion sent five alien transmissions from orbit. The Fire gave 338 reserved Reapers a burning form to walk into.

The hard part. Live mutations in a living collection, running on the XRP Ledger: when the last Reaper was pulled, every Twin transformed in place. Same token, same wallet, no burn, no new mint. Later, holders burned from their own wallets and the ledger itself was the proof; a new Reaper with the same number walked back out. Nobody had done this on XRPL before.

Designed and built end to end as an experience, not a mint page: a reserved-number checker reading straight from the chain, timed windows with countdowns, a boarding manifest for ten abductions, and a pyre ledger that reads live from the ledger.

3,000 items, sold out almost instantly, and a holder base that showed up for every chapter. Ten 1 of 1 aliens taken. 338 walked into the fire.
